Delivery and Installation Service Levels There is a substantial difference in these service level offerings. Please review your choice of deliver or installation carefully before choosing a service level.
Bronze Delivery Service - Provides shipping to your business or residence and moving the furniture off the truck to the first dry area. This is typically a garage or entryway.
Platinum Installation Service - Provides complete installation of the furniture including:
- Moving the furniture into the office or residence from the truck - Including up to two flights of stairs
- Removal of packing material from the furniture and assembly and placement of the furniture
- Removal and disposal of the packing material
Dock to dock - Available for commercial shipping dock only. You are responsible for removing the furniture from the freight truck and all other installation. Please contact our customer service department for current freight delivery charges to your area.

To enable cookies in Internet
Explorer 5.x:
1. Select Tools -> Internet Options.
